Terms & Conditions

• Booking enquiries can be made direct from the website or by calling (03) 5721 3368 during office hours Monday – Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm
• All bookings require a deposit (equal to the first nights’ accommodation) at time of booking.
• Kui Parks Loyalty Members receive a 10% discount on sites and accommodation, up to a maximum of $40 per stay.
• G'day Rewards Members receive a 10% discount on sites and accommodation up to a maximum of $50 per stay.

 

Important Note - Acceptance of Park Rules, Terms and Conditions:

By making a booking and paying a deposit, you, your additional guest and any visitors acknowledge and agree to abide by all park rules, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, those stated herein, those stated on our website, any signage posted in and around the park and any other rules that may be subject to change from time to time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less an administration/processing fee equal to 10% of monies paid. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund will be given however funds may be held for up to 12 months for a future stay (Subject to park's ability to rebook site/cabin). No refunds will be given for early departures.

 

Terms & Conditions

• All accommodation requires a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Deposit amount will equal to the full payment of the first night of the booking.
• Check-in time is after 2pm unless prior arrangements have been made and Check-out time is prior to 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Office hours are 9am to 6pm Mon to Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday. If arriving outside of office hours, please contact reception to arrange after hours check-in. Full payment is required prior to arrival if arriving outside of office hours.
• We only allow one vehicle per booking, if there are additional cars they can be parked in the visitor carpark.
• Cabins are to be left clean and tidy, dishes washed, dried and put away, and rubbish removed. A cleaning fee will be charged if cleaning takes more than the usual allocated cleaning time.
• Pool is open from 9am until dusk. NO Glass or Smoking is permitted in the pool area. Children MUST be supervised.
• Quiet time is from 10pm until 7am. During this time all outside noise (music, radios, tv's etc) is to be turned off and all talking kept to a minimal level. Noise from inside cabins, vans, tents should not be heard outside.
• We reserve the right to ask anybody breaking the rules, to leave.
• NO REFUNDS will be given.
• WE DO NOT ALLOW CAMPFIRES

 

Pet Policy

• Pets are only permitted with site bookings. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS WITH OUR CABIN BOOKINGS.
• Pets are permitted at the discretion of Management. Please adhere to Park rules as we do not wish to revert to a NON-Pet friendly Park.
• Pets must be kept on a leash at ALL times – except when in the Off-leash pet playground.
• Dispose of any animal wastes PROMPTY & APPROPRIATELY, by picking up, wrapping up the pet waste in a plastic bag and placing it in the bins provided throughout the Park.
• Do not leave any Pets unattended in the Park.
• Do not allow Pets to enter the parks communal facilities (BBQ, amenities, playground, pool area)
